WENDY MARTIN is the Chief Executive Officer of Athletic ICC Insurance Services. She is an accomplished Global Sales Manager, College & Club Gymnastics Coach, Physical Education Teacher, and Intercollegiate Athlete. She brings to Athletics ICC Insurance Services more than 25 years of experience in leading, developing, and implementing superior and successful strategies and outcomes.
Ryan Justus is the owner and director of Dance/10 Performing Arts Center, where he leads a multi-program studio serving dancers from early childhood through adults. With over 30 years of experience as a performer, educator, and studio leader, Ryan brings a systems-based approach to studio operations that balances artistry, professionalism, and sustainability. He spent more than 20 years as an operations manager prior to ownership, helping develop branding and organizational systems still in use today. A credentialed teacher with a master’s degree in Teaching, Ryan applies principles of action research as a daily practice to evaluate and strengthen programs, teams, and student experiences. He also serves as Assistant Director of The Tap Dancing Christmas Trees and is a choreographer and baritone with the Oakland Gay Men’s Chorus.
